Eggplant Gratin

In Japan, autumn eggplants that are harvested from the end of summer to September are said to be very delicious. This time, Moepero will make a gratin using the eggplant itself as a baking dish!

[Eggplant Gratin]
1 eggplant
50g minced beef
1/8 onion
1/4 tomato
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp fennel seed
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil (for eggplant)
shred cheese
2 rosemary (for decoration)

[Béchamel Sauce]
1tbsp flour
10g butter
60ml soy milk
a pinch of salt
