Creamy Salmon & Spinach Pasta

Kei used the vegetable broth she learned last week to make a creamy salmon and spinach pasta.
This dish can be made without the vegetable broth and would still taste good, but by using the broth, it will add umami and turn the pasta into something that is even more flavorful!

2 salmon fillets
2 spinach
1/4 onion
1 piece garlic
2 tbsp white wine
50ml veggie broth
250ml soy milk
5 tbsp (2 tbsp for decoration) parmesan cheese
160g pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
dill for decoration
