We have a special guest for this episode! Kyokyo, an university student and model who just “graduated” from the fashion magazine “Popteen” will be making a Christmas tree using pancakes!🎄🎂🍓
I got nervous standing besides her, looking at the slanting 12 tier cake that was about to collapse 😱
The cake is made using a pancake mix, so it’s very easy make!
A great dish to make with your children during this time of year!

[ Ingredients ]
450g pancake mix
12g matcha power
3 eggs (follow the amount of pancake mix you use)
300ml milk(follow the amount of pancake mix you use)
seasonal fruits (strawberries, kiwis, bananas, frozen fruit mixes, etc)
500ml fresh cream (whipped)
2-3 bamboo skewers
