Sundubu Jjigae

In this episode, we had Kei who is currently really into Korean TV dramas make a soup from Korea, Sundubu jjigae (a spicy soft tofu hotpot.)
We will mix the seasoning beforehand to make things easy and show you how to make a delicious stew full of richness with a mild spiciness.

[ Ingredients ]
300g oboro tofu or soft tofu
8 clams (with shell)
100g kimchi
100g sliced pork
1/4 onion
1/2 carrot
1/2 green onion
half bunch chinese chive
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 egg
(Mixed seasoning)
1 tbsp gochujang (Korean hot & sweet chili paste)
2 tbsp chili flakes (adjust the amount according to your favorite spiciness)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp grated garlic
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
(soup stock)
4g iriko dashi powder (sardine soup stock)
300cc water

純豆腐チゲ

今回は韓国ドラマにはまっているけいちゃんにお隣韓国のスープ、スンドュブチゲを作ってもらいました。
本格的に作ると意外に工程の多い料理なのですが、合わせ調味料を事前に用意してお手軽ながら、具材の甘みとコクが美味しいマイルドな辛さのレシピを紹介します。
