Meat Sweet and Sour Pork November 13, 2020 / by Junko (日本語の文章は英文の下にあります) The theme for the upcoming 2 weeks is dishes using pork and fall/winter fruits. Shihomi will be making sweet and sour pork, a popular Chinese dish. Pineapples usually come to mind when thinking of this dish, but in this episode, we will also be using kiwis that are in season now. It may come to a surprise to others, and since it’s a colorful dish, try making it for someone!
