Ramen & Gyoza Class

Today we had a ramen & gyoza lesson with 5 guests who loved meat! The braised pork was really big today so I was happy that they were meat eaters😁
They were worried that it would take them a long time to wrap the gyozas, but everyone did a great job and made 40 gyozas in no time at all! This lesson can be a bit hectic with lots to do, but having 5 people work together really made things smooth.
Everyone enjoyed the ramen and gyoza, saying it was really good 😋 so I was very happy to hear that!!
