Announcement From JJ Kitchen in Tokyo

Today was our second Membership lesson for February. Another hinamatsuri lesson with 3 lovely ladies today!
We learned the sogigiri cutting technique and how to cure sashimi with seaweed.
We had a new visitor, a lady who came to our kitchen a few years ago when we were filmed to do an introduction on sushi for a German children’s TV program. It was a pleasure seeing her again!
This group was creative like the last, and did a great job decorating the Hinamatsuri dishes
We had a great time cooking, eating and chatting together, full of girl power to celebrate Girl’s Day!!
