Italian Cheese Tasting with Lectures by Mari🧀
We tasted 9 kinds of Italian cheeses this time.

🧀 Gorgonzola (DOC)
🧀 Taleggio (DOC)
🧀 Testun ciuc al barolo
🧀 Castelmagno (DOC)
🧀 Asiago – Fresco (DOC)
🧀 Asiago – Stravecchio (DOC)
🧀 Vezzena d’ Alpeggio
🧀 Pecorino Olive

🧀 Burrata with persimmon

There were a number of rare cheeses that we saw for the first time, but we found most of the Italian cheeses have mild flavors and are easy to eat.
As a side dish, we prepared plates of peperonata, sweet potato hummus, carrot lape, and turnip pickles with some green salad!
Everyone seemed to enjoy the food, and it was a very fun party with a friendly atmosphere as always😊

Our next cheese tasting party is on Sunday, December 19th. We are planning a Scandinavian cheese party.
