In this episode, Kei will be making galettes, which are crepes made with buckwheat flour. The fillings are eggs, ham and cheese or what the French call “Galette complete” Buckwheat is used in “soba noodles” in Japan so we all know it and galettes are very popular. Of course, we paired it with a glass of French cider.

[Galette complete]
100g buckwheat flour (for 4 pieces)
250ml water
1/4 tsp salt
2 Eggs
2 sheets ham
griere cheese (any cheese you like)

[Roquette and mushroom salad]
roquette/ruccola
2 mushrooms
1/4 tomatoes
5 walnuts
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper
