Chinese Stir-fried Pork and Peppers

Moepero will be making Chinese stir-fried pork and peppers. This dish is usually made with meat, green peppers and bamboo shoots, but today, we added red and yellow bell peppers to make this dish vivid and colorful!


200g pork
1 green pepper
1/2 each paprika (red, yellow)
100g bamboo shoots (boiled)
1 piece garlic
2 cm ginger
2 tbsp sesame oil
(Seasoning for meat)
1 tbsp sake…
1 tsp soy sauce
salt and pepper
1 tbsp potato starch
(Seasoning)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp sake
1 tsp chicken soup stock
