JJ Kitchen’s first workshop, Umeshu & Ume cordial making! We enjoyed making our own umeshu & cordial, and tasting umeshu from the past years. Thank you everyone for joining our workshop! We hope that the event was an enjoyable and educational introduction for everyone to make your own unique umeshu jars with different types of alcohol and sugar. All we need now is lots of patience, at least 6 months of waiting but you can enjoy the cordial after 2-3 weeks! Don’t forget to shake them every day!
