Somen Noodle with Two Types of Dipping Sauce

When summer is close, the Japanese crave cold noodles.
This time, Shihomi made 2 types of delicious dipping sauce for “somen” noodles, a summer staple in Japan.
It’s a very easy recipe and great for preventing summer heat fatigue!


4 bunch somen noodle

[Cold shabu-shabu tomato sauce]
200cc mentsuyu (1 concentrated mentsuyu : 1 water)
100g pork slice for shabu-shabu (any part you like)
1/2 tomato
3 spring onion

[Spicy soy milk sauce]
100cc mentsuyu (concentrated)
100cc soy milk (unadjusted)
50g minced pork
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 garlic
1 tsp tobanjan (hot chili & soybean paste)
1 tsp chili oil
3 Chinese chive

これからの季節、欠かせないそうめんですが、ちょっと飽きてしまいませんか?
今日はつけダレをアレンジするだけで手軽に脱マンネリできるレシピ。
暑い日でも、さっぱりとピリ辛の2種のおいしいつけダレで食欲が進むそうめんをしほみんにつくってもらいました。
簡単で夏バテ防止にぴったりのメニューですよ!
