Pesto Genovese

August 28, 2018 / by Junko

I harvested basil from my garden (balcony)!
I love basil leaves but it is always difficult to use them up and I’m threatened when they go to seed any minute by the end of August. I’ve tried dry basil, basil salt, frozen basil and etc., but I always end up with making basil pesto.
