Hinamatsuri (Girls’ Day Festival) February 06, 2022 / by Junko March 3rd is Hinamatsuri (Doll’s Day or Girls’ Day), and on this day, we wish for healthy growth for the girls. At our February lesson, we will make Chirashi-zushi (scattered sushi) and Cherrystone clam soup which are representative dishes for Girls’ Day. Let’s celebrate Girls’ day with Japanese traditional dishes!
