Hanami Bento Box

The long awaited Sakura season is finally here! It is time to bring bento boxes outdoors to enjoy them under the cherry blossoms.
In our March lesson, we will be making a bento box that we would like you to bring to these outings.
We will be making 3 types of cute “onigiri (rice balls)” and 3 kinds of easy and tasty side dishes using seasonal ingredients.
We are sure that you will be very popular if you bring a homemade bento box to your Hanami!
- 3 types of barrel-shaped onigiri
- Chicken rolled vegetables
- Canola flowers and firefly squid with vinegar and miso sauce
- Savory egg omelet with pickled ginger
- Miso soup
- Sakura mochi & Green tea
