The third soup stock in this month’s Dashi series is chicken broth.
We will show how to make easy-style chicken broth, along with dishes using this broth.
This episode, Moepero made Chinese style soup and bang bang Chicken, a spicy Szechuan style chicken salad.
[Chicken soup stock]
1 (about 300g) chicken breast
1L water
green part of 1 green onion
1 piece ginger
1 piece
[Bang bang chiken]
1 boiled chicken breast
(Sauce)
2 tbsp sesame paste
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp chicken soup stock
1 tsp tobanjan (hot chili soybean paste)
1 tsp sesame oil
chili oil
hoajao (Chinese hot pepper)
soy sauce to add taste
(Garnish)
1 tomato
1 cucumber
10cm green onion

簡単鶏出汁で 中華風スープ&棒々鶏
出汁シリーズの3つめは鶏出汁です。
鶏がらスープのような出汁は濃厚で美味しいけれど、煮込むのに数時間かけるので、忙しいみなさんにはちょっと面倒な印象ですよね。今回はもっと簡単に鶏出汁を作って活用する料理を紹介していきます。
今回はもえぺろちゃんにその簡単な出汁を使って中華スープとちょっとスパイシーな鶏肉のサラダの棒々鶏を作ってもらいまいた。
