This dish is very easy to prepare, but the combination of the vegetables and the traditional Japanese broth is just so good you won’t stop eating it. It’s everyone’s favorite!
It’s also a great dish for vegetarians as well!
When you bite into the vegetables that have soaked up the broth, the broth is released into your mouth, and it makes everyone happy.
This can be eaten as is, and they also go well with soba / udon noodles!
