The cheeses offered change each time.
All cheeses that are carefully selected and served in the best condition by Mari are very delicious!!
Of course, there is also a cheese lecture.

This time, we have raclette parties!

Roughly scrape off the melted part of the raclette cheese with a knife and place it on a boiled potato.
It’s just excellent!
Along with cheese fondue, it is a popular winter classic cheese dish in Switzerland.

大人気のチーズシュヴァリエMariによるチーズ会@JJ Kitchen🧀
今回のチーズは、スイスのラクレットチーズです🇨🇭
とろけたところをざーっとナイフで削り取って、
ほくほくの茹でたジャガイモなどにのせて食べるラクレットは絶品！
チーズフォンデュと並んで人気の冬の定番チーズ料理です。

今回はレクチャーなしのチーズパーティーです。
専用のラクレットヒーターを使って本格的に楽しみましょう！

ラクレットの他に数種類の焼きチーズやデザートなどを用意してお待ちしています。
