Lessons Teriyaki Fish & Agebitashi Class September 19, 2021 / by Junko A lovely family came to our lesson today as a birthday dinner for the dad and youngest daughter! The menu they requested was teriyaki fish and vegetable agatebitashi, which were both first-time dishes at our lesson! The children really liked to help out and they wanted to do everything, it was so cute😍 We were a bit nervous about them using very sharp knives but fortunately no one got hurt☺️ It was a pleasure watching them enjoy the “dashi,” and the dishes, and also very happy that they asked for seconds of rice and miso soup👍 Happy birthday to both of you, and we hope to see you again!
