A surprise birthday ramen & gyoza lesson with a group of 6!
3 were from Tokyo, and the other 3 came all the way from Nagoya!
They were a close group and it was pleasant just watching them catch up with each other.
This lesson always involves a lot of work, but with great teamwork, everything went smoothly.
Everyone was really good with their hands, and their first attempt at wrapping gyozas turned out beautifully
It was probably the homemade use-shu and beer that did the trick
They enjoyed the gyoza and ramen, and although they were very full, they had room for dessert, which was a gigantic birthday matcha tiramisu!
At the end of the meal, we realized that the birthday boy ate with the long cooking chopsticks and we all had a good laugh
Thank you all for coming, and we hope the surprise lesson was enjoyable for everyone!
