Lessons Ramen & Gyoza Class September 18, 2021 / by Junko A surprise birthday ramen & gyoza lesson with a group of 6! 3 were from Tokyo, and the other 3 came all the way from Nagoya! They were a close group and it was pleasant just watching them catch up with each other. This lesson always involves a lot of work, but with great teamwork, everything went smoothly. Everyone was really good with their hands, and their first attempt at wrapping gyozas turned out beautifully✨ It was probably the homemade use-shu and beer that did the trick😉 They enjoyed the gyoza and ramen, and although they were very full, they had room for dessert, which was a gigantic birthday matcha tiramisu! At the end of the meal, we realized that the birthday boy ate with the long cooking chopsticks and we all had a good laugh🤣🤣🤣 Thank you all for coming, and we hope the surprise lesson was enjoyable for everyone!
