Tantanmen & Gyoza Class

Today we had a private lesson with a family that requested Tantanmen and gyoza 🍜🥟
We usually start the lesson by explaining the basic Japanese condiments, but today, the condiments were much more on the Chinese food aspects, so it was something very new to us, too!
They mentioned that the dad and daughters enjoy making tantanmen together, but were looking for a recipe they could repeatedly make at home. We made it spicy for the adults and non spicy for the girls, and we hope they liked our recipe!
The girls were so cute! They really enjoyed cooking and asked cute questions🥰
We were happy to hear that they loved everything they had and that they would definitely make the dishes at home!
Cooking with families is always so much fun!
