Lessons Norimaki Class March 24, 2022 / by Junko A guest who came for our ramen and gyoza lesson earlier this month brought 3 new friends for a norimaki lesson! They all did a great job making the egg omelettes and rolling their sushi (we did have a good laugh with some of the ones that came out lopsided 😁) and their plates looked beautiful! They really loved the eggplant “dengaku” side dish that we made as well😊 We had a great time chatting throughout the lesson and the discussion we had on what they found strange when they first arrived in Japan was especially interesting!! We are very happy that they enjoyed our lesson today! We hope to see everyone again in the near future!!
