TAC Okonomiyaki Class

March 11, 2022 / by Junko

Last year, we were contacted by Tokyo American Club to provide cooking lessons, and 3 of our lessons were accepted for the TAC Connections 2022 Spring Session😊
Today, we had our first lesson with 3 members that signed up through TAC for an Okonomiyaki lesson.

They all cook Japanese food at home from time to time but had never made okonomiyaki before, so they were excited to learn how to make fluffy okonomiyaki.
They thought it was the eggs that made them fluffy, so they were surprised to find out that only 1 egg is used, and the 2 “secret ingredients” are what actually does the trick😉

We each made 2 kinds, but they were so full everyone took 1 home to enjoy with their families. We hope they enjoyed it and hope they will make it at home as well!

Thank you all for coming!
