Apple Pie

This time, we will be making a dish from Kei’s specialty field, sweets!
Apples are in season, so we made apple pie using frozen pastry puff.
We came up with a cute design, so look forward to how it will turn out!

Ingredients
4 apples (700g excluding skin and seeds)
40g sugar
2 tbsp rum
2 tablespoons
1/2 piece lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
20g butter
3 frozen pie sheets
1 egg
