Fajitas (Part 1)

Shihomi will be making a dish where hot and spicy meat and veggies are served on a tortilla, yes, fajitas! We love TEXMEX cuisine.
We will be making tortillas from scratch, so this menu will be divided into 2 parts.


[Pork fajita] (for 2 people)
200g pork loin…
1/2 onions
1/2 paprika (red)
(Seasoning)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp salt
pepper

[Shrimp fajita] (for 2 people)
150g shrimp
1/4 paprika (yellow)
1 green pepper…
(Seasoning)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
pepper
1 tsp garlic (grated)

[Salsa]
2/3 tomatoes
1/4 onion
1/2 piece garlic
2 coriander
tabasco
salt & pepper

[Guacamole]
1 avocado
1/3 tomatoes
1/4 onion
1/2 piece garlic
2 coriander
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp paprika powder
salt & pepper
