

Another Gyoza lesson, this time with 2 Australians! At first, we thought they were a couple, but they turned to be brothers and sisters (oops!). What friendly siblings! It seems they sometimes cook Japanese food back home, but today was their first experience making Gyoza and they really seem to enjoy it!
We also had a Japanese guest who used to live in Australia so they had great fun talking with each other!
No matter how many times we have our gyoza lessons, they are always delicious and we never seemed to get tired of them
They also mentioned that the plum used in Ume-shu looks like a giant olive. Haha. Now we can’t look at them as plums anymore!
