Gyoza Class

February 07, 2020 / by Junko

Another Gyoza lesson, this time with 2 Australians! At first, we thought they were a couple, but they turned to be brothers and sisters (oops!🤭). What friendly siblings! It seems they sometimes cook Japanese food back home, but today was their first experience making Gyoza and they really seem to enjoy it!
We also had a Japanese guest who used to live in Australia so they had great fun talking with each other!😊

No matter how many times we have our gyoza lessons, they are always delicious and we never seemed to get tired of them😁

They also mentioned that the plum used in Ume-shu looks like a giant olive. Haha. Now we can’t look at them as plums anymore!

Thank you all for coming!!
