Gyoza Class

Today’s guests were 4 good friends from Australia!

I was very happy to see they enjoyed my homemade umeshu (plum liquor) and ate up all gyoza and sidedishes we made together!

They also showed me an Australian food which I never saw when I was there. Chicken parmigiana! It looks so yummy. I should try to make it for myself one day.
