Gyoza Class

Our first lesson this year was gyoza with a lovely couple from France!
We made so many gyoza with pork and shrimp, both fried and boiled, and they ate up almost all of them! It was a big compliment for me that they said the gyoza in the class was much better than the ones in the restaurant in their town in France 😊
