Lessons Ramen & Gyoza Class October 08, 2019 / by Junko Newly married beautiful couple from Israel visited our kitchen and we made classic soy sauce based ramen & beef gyoza. I was nervous about giving my first ramen lesson and forgot to put the chicken in the pot to make chicken broth!!😱 Good thing I realized at the last minute😅 Well, I think the result was pretty good!
