Okonomiyaki and Gyoza Class

Today’s guests were 3 good friends from America! It seems they are all currently living in different countries, but being former roommates during university, they are still great friends.
We had lots of fun talking and making okonomiyaki and gyoza.

I was very happy to hear them mention that dishes cooked while being able to confirm what goes in are always delicious without doubt.

The miso paste I made also debuted as miso soup! They mentioned it was like a comfort food, and it made my day hearing our guests say something a Japanese would say!
