Event / Workshop / Seasonal Food Hanami Party March 28, 2019 / by Junko The JJ Kitchen Hanami Party was a great success! 🌸🌸🌸 We are so happy that we had very very friendly guests and the food we prepared was almost all gone☺️ Thank you to everyone that made this event so special💕 We prepare eleven dishes! 🌸Sakura chirashizushi 🌸Bite-size khao man gai 🌸Daikon radish w/ plum & bonito filling 🌸Tofu dip & stick veggies 🌸Dashimaki (Japanese omelet) 🌸Beetroot hummus 🌸Grilled “shio-koji” chicken 🌸Red wine braised spare ribs 🌸Teriyaki yellowtail on grilled daikon 🌸Matcha & white chocolate muffins 🌸Strawberry meringue We hope everyone enjoyed the event as much as we did!
