We enjoyed making two types of juicy gyoza (pan fried pork gyoza and boiled shrimp/pork gyoza) today 😊 We also made wrappers from scratch and compared with the wrappers from a shop! It is always difficult to wrap fillings with nice pleats but she did a great job! P.S She was a lucky lady whose boyfriend gave her a cooking lesson voucher from JJ Kitchen. What a sweet boyfriend! I got very jealous. Why, why only in Japan, boys get chocolates and gifts from girls on Valentine’s Day!?
