Agedashi Tofu & Okonomiyaki Class

February 27, 2020 / by Junko

We had an interesting Agedashi Tofu and Okonomiyaki lesson with a pretty guest from Switzerland today!

She had eaten Okonomiyaki at an event in Switzerland once, but today was her first time tasting Agedashi tofu! It was also her first time seeing and touching a Chinese yam, and she was very surprised at how slimy it was😁

We were very happy she enjoyed the flavor of Dashi (broth) in the various dishes we made tonight.

It seems she will be in Tokyo for a few more months, so we hope she can visit us again during her stay!

Thank you for coming!
