I’m happy that Eikorn and I were able to take a good picture together again this year! Due to the COVID-19, guests from abroad stopped coming and JJ Kitchen was in a bit of a crisis! We had no idea what kind of outlook to expect, but new opportunities rolled in, such as being in charge of the recipes and teaching cooking on a YouTube cooking channel and helping out with the publication of a cookbook. As they say, tough times bring opportunity! This year, we are planning to have a mizuhiki workshop by Eikorn, and Junko will instruct Nikuman (a steamed meat bun) workshop and bean paste flower lessons so we hope everyone will enjoy our new events!
