Wonderful Cooking’s first male actor, Sho Kato joined as a new member! Sho is a beginner cook, so this month we will have him cook easy appetizers.
For his first episode, he will be making quick and easy bagna cauda (an Italian dipping sauce from Piedmont, Italy) by omitting the process of boiling the garlic in milk.
How to place the vegetables on the plate is also a part of the performance. Let’s see how Sho does!

[ Ingredients ]
2-3 pieces garlic
3 fillets anchovies
35ml olive oil
Your favorite vegetables (radish, cucumber, turnip, carrot, etc.)

Wonderful Cooking
