Kei will be making pork ginger “donburi (rice bowl)” using pork marinated in apples.
With the sweetness from the apples, not much sugar is used so it’s healthy!
We will be using black rice to give the rice a purplish hue and to make things a bit fancy!

140g pork (loin, belly etc. sliced)
1/2 onion
2 cups rice
2 tbsp black rice
3 green onion (for decoration)
white sesame (for decoration)
(Marinate sauce)
1 apple (grated)
1 tbsp garlic (grated)
1 tbsp ginger (grated)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp sugar (adjust by the sweetness of the apple)
salt (for taste adjustment)
