Fig Prosciutto Roll & Fig Tartine

We will be using figs in this episode. Sometimes called “the fruit of eternal youth and immortality,” figs are highly nutritious so if you get a chance, please try them this season!
They taste good as they are, but they are also delicious heated up, so Moepero will be making both kinds to taste the difference.

Ingredients
[Prosciutto Roll]
2 figs
4 slices prosciutto
2 italian parsley
1 tbsp nuts (almonds, pine nuts, walnuts, etc.)

[Tartine]
2 figs
campagne
50g mascarpone cheese
herbs (chervil, mint, etc.) for decoration

イチジクの生ハム巻き焼きとタルティーヌ

今回の食材は旬のイチジクです。「不老不死の果物」なんて呼ばれているほど栄養素が豊富なので、この時期見かけたらぜひ食べてもらいたい果物。
生のままでも美味しいけれど、火を通したイチジクもまた美味しいので、今日はそんな食べ比べができるお料理を2品をもえぺろちゃんに作ってもらいます。
