Kei made “niku-jyaga (beef and potatoes simmered in soy sauce)” a popular mom’s cooking in Japan!
Vegetable broth is not usually used in this dish, but this time, we used it and the taste became both Japanese and western at the same time. We both enjoyed this dish very much!

200g sliced beef
3 potatoes
1/2 carrot
1/2 onion
100g shirataki
200cc vegetable broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
1 tablespoon
Snow peas for decoration

ベジブロスで作ることで、味わい深く栄養満点な肉じゃがになります。
野菜の旨みと甘みたっぷりの肉じゃがは、洋風と和風とも言える風味ですごく美味しく、私もとっても気に入りました!
