We have invited French pastry chef Patrick, who will show you professional confectionery techniques using a home oven.
The menu is very luxurious! We had 3 kind of original cake recipes prepared for this event. Centering on the demonstrations, participants will also participate in the decoration, etc., and everyone will make cakes while having fun.

We will also serve sparkling wine, coffee, tea and snacks.
It will be a 5 hrs course, so please enjoy drinks and snacks while seated, enjoying a home cooking lesson unique to JJ Kitchen 🙂 This will be an opportunity for everyone to interact.
In addition, it will be a great opportunity to see professional candy techniques up close! It’s a First-come-first-served basis, so please apply early to avoid disappointment.
What to bring : ・notebook, pen and camera (No video or recording) ・take-away container, ice cooler etc. (If you like to take the cakes back home.)
